Studio to let in Frome Total area = 16 foot 6 inches by 10 foot (5.0 x 3.08 metres.) including entrance lobby and storage area. The main space is 13'6" by 10' (4.18 x 3.08 metres) For the whole space: £92.30 per week / £400 per calendar month. Includes electricity, water, broadband etc. We would consider splitting the studio (by installing temporary partitions perhaps) or a sharing arrangement where up to four of us have our own desk/workspace in an open plan set up, with the rent split in proportion to the size of space you need.
